About the event
Description
Strong supervision begins with a solid foundation. Whether you are preparing to become a clinical supervisor or looking to strengthen your current supervisory approach, The Supervision Toolbox™: Foundations provides practical strategies for building ethical, organized, and effective supervision from the very beginning.
This interactive training focuses on the essential components of clinical supervision, including ethical responsibilities, supervision structure, onboarding Associate Licensed Counselors (ALCs), documentation fundamentals, professional disclosure, and foundational teaching strategies that support clinician growth and client welfare. Participants will also explore practical tools for building supervisee confidence, establishing clear expectations, and creating meaningful learning experiences beyond traditional supervision.
This workshop serves as the introductory course in the Supervision Toolbox™ series and offers a preview of the comprehensive Supervision Toolbox™ Institute, planned for 2027. Participants will receive the Pilot Edition of the Supervision Toolbox™ Workbook and have the opportunity to provide feedback that will help shape the future institute and training materials.
