Ja'Vae also has experience working with adults to help them recognize and respond to life transitions and parenting challenges.
Ja'Vae believes therapy is an essential tool to help navigate and adjust to life's many changes and challenges. She also feels that the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy. Ja'Vae believes it is her critical duty to:
-
Validate clients while simultaneously holding them accountable.
-
Addressing past or present experiences that contribute to anxiety and depression.
-
Helping clients cope with life's transitions and challenges that leave them feeling stuck. Support crystallizing and gaining insight into past and present thoughts, feelings and behaviors we learn to adjust to life stages and phases!
