Description
This immersive outdoor continuing education experience introduces clinicians to evidence-informed nature and forest bathing practices while exploring ethical considerations, accessibility, and practical applications within counseling settings. Participants will engage in guided experiential activities while examining research supporting nature-based interventions for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and overall wellness.
